Gaétan and Sandrine have joined forces to create this hotel-style establishment in Montbron, in the heart of a little-known part of Charente, on the edge of the Périgord Vert.

This project is a gamble, as it oscillates between a need in our countryside and this geographical area of Charente, where there are no hotel-type establishments and for which demand can be high or very low at certain times of the year.

These variations in occupancy led us to make choices and think about what we wanted to offer:

* It was important for us and our customers to offer accommodation 365 days a year, allowing professionals passing through and visitors to enjoy a place to stay, even out of season, without having to go all the way to Angoulême.

* We chose to renovate a property in the centre of a rural village, Montbron, which has all the local amenities within walking distance and is open all year round.

* We have also chosen to focus on quality and comfort: high-end bedding, French drapery, a warm and unique atmosphere, and mainly local and/or homemade products for breakfast. When you stay for several days, your room will be cleaned.

* Due to variations in occupancy rates, we are unable to offer a physical welcome throughout your stay. However, during the week, we work 20 metres from the establishment and can be available very easily! So please do not hesitate to let us know your arrival time in advance by calling or sending us a message, as it is always a pleasure to welcome you.
